Property Rentals & Sales are a family run business established in 1990 by the Managing Director Pauline Smith. Due to the early success of the company, daughter Jacquie Trott joined the business in April 1990 and became a Director in 1992. Son Robert Trott then became part of the business too in 1994. They pride themselves on offering a professional yet personal service to their clients, which is testament to their 34 years of trading. They are residential Estate Agents covering Eastbourne, Seaford, Lewes, Hailsham, Polegate, Pevensey, Bexhill, and surrounding areas. Although primarily specialists in Lettings & Management, they have been successful in selling properties for their existing landlords and new vendors alike. Other staff members have been with the company long-term, which offers continuity as well as knowledge and experience.
