Festive Fun with Focus – that’s what we call it!
With Christmas comes a chance for our team to sit together and reflect on another successful year of software development, support, administration, marketing, and everything else that keeps the cogs turning. None of which would have been possible without you, and so thank you for letting us be a part of your journey for another year.
It is also an opportunity to award a few members of the team for their work over the year. These awards being:
🏆 The Wrapped-in-Thanks Award – Callum has gone above and beyond for us in ways big and small this year. No matter the weather, no ask is too big for him to handle. This award is our way of wrapping up a heartfelt thank you and gifting it right back to him.
🌟 The Rising Star Award – Harbouring young talent and preparing them for the wide world of IT is something that we have prided ourselves on for years. This year our apprentice, Harry, has shown that anything is possible with time and dedication and we cannot wait to see what more he can bring to the table in the years to come.
💡 The Ideas Machine Award – Justin constantly brings creative suggestions, clever improvements and innovative ways to make work better. As head of the development team, this seems to be second nature to him and how he does it is still a mystery to some.
☀️ The Ray of Sunshine Award – For the person who brings positive energy, enthusiasm and kindness every day. Whether it’s a joke, a nod of reassurance, or a simple smile, Zac always rallies the troops to keep pushing regardless of how the cards fall.
Truthfully, every member of the Focus team deserves an award for the magic they bring. Let’s see who’s next in 2026!
