FCP Agent Banking
Our first plugin within the FCP environment is FCP Agent Banking, our onboard banking solution. FCP Agent Banking works hand in hand with RENT+, streamlining property finance by automating banking tasks.
This plugin offers seamless transaction importing from a range of different banks. These imported transactions will then be automatically assigned to tenant within your RENT+ software making your accounting processes both faster and less error prone.
The plugin also supports efficient transaction exporting to your bank for outbound payments to be made, enhancing financial accuracy. Key features like multi-bank reconciliation and saving reconciliation enable property managers to handle transactions flexibly, even across multiple bank accounts, helping to streamline financial management in one centralised platform.

FCP Making Tax Digital
In 2020, the UK government introduced a digital VAT return initiative by the name of Making Tax Digital or MTD for short. As of April 2022, this has become a mandatory platform for processing a VAT return whether that be for your business or for the portfolios that you manage.
