1. Providing technical support – helping clients resolve issues and maintain smooth system operations.
2. Gathering Google reviews – supporting the company in collecting client feedback.
3. New customer software setup – assisting with onboarding and ensuring clients are set up successfully.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I enjoy playing basketball, which is a great way to stay active and unwind.

I value the opportunity to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

I hold a BTEC in IT and enjoy self-directed learning to continually improve my IT skills and knowledge.

How do you start your day?

I like to begin with a calming walk, which helps me prepare for a productive day.
