We are proud to introduce our Brand New update of the RENT+ software, Version 42. This update brings a range of Brand New & Updated features which you can find more about down below.
Tenancy Period Posting
With, RENT+ version 42 you can post your rent dues over an entire tenancy or over a bespoke date range. This will use the information you have already entered into RENT+. We have taken this from feedback from you and know that this will save you time when starting new tenancies.
Part Rent Calculation
We have seen Part Rent Calculations needed more and more, specifically at the end of tenancies, and so within version 42, we have made this more readily available in your RENT+ software. To find where this has been added to, see the “Help” menu on the Main Screen of your RENT+ software.
Multi Bank Reconciliation
As banks across England move away from pooled client accounts, it is vital to be able to reconcile all of your banks quickly and easily to ensure your accounting is kept up to date and consistent with your banks. Because of this, we have added the ability to reconcile as many or as little banks from one screen. Additionally, you can save your reconciliations to return at a later date.
Attachments With Invoices
We have also expanded our Batch Tenant Invoice features to give you the ability to attach additional files to your invoices and even Mail Merge documents all from one screen. We hope this will reduce the time taken for you to produce tenant invoices specifically for Block Management.
Reports
We have added a number of additional reports to the RENT+ software in version 42 for both lettings and sales. This will further enhance the document production and presentation available to you.
