Our relationship with our customers is hugely important to us, regardless of whether they are a new of longstanding client. Two members of the Focus Micro Systems team, Callum and James, recently had the pleasure of visiting one of our valued clients, the Philip James Partnership in Manchester, who have been with us for over two decades, and use the RENT+ software to manage over 3,000 properties. Following a recent expansion of their portfolio, the team discussed how Philip James currently use their RENT+ software, and delved into how the software can continue to support their growth. The on-site visit also facilitated an exchange of new ideas and developments to help the software evolve alongside Philip James’ ambitions and best fir their bespoke needs.
Through this incredibly valuable session, we hope that we have strengthened Philip James’ plans moving forward. It was a pleasure meeting the full team of Philip James, and we look forward to continuing to build on our longstanding relationship, as both of our companies grow.
