FAQ

How do I join the webinar?

You will receive an invitation to our webinars, providing you are set up as a user within RENT+. This invite will contain a “Register Now” button. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. You will be able to join the session around 15 minutes before it begins.

I will not be able to make the webinar, is there a way I can view it at a later date?

Yes, we record all webinars and can send you a link to view a recording upon request. To do so, please email us at support@focus-property.co.uk.

Can I ask questions about the webinar during the session?

Yes, you will be able to type in the questions box where the presenter will stop to answer questions at points throughout the session.

How much does a webinar cost to join?

Every webinar we host is completely FREE to join and attend.

Do I need to mute myself on the webinar?

No, you will automatically get muted when joining the webinar as an attendee.

Can you see me during a webinar?

No, your camera will be disabled.

What if my computer doesn’t have audio?

The software which we use to host our webinars gives you the ability to watch on a computer whilst you dial in via phone to listen to the audio.
