Optimise your lead generation, with a direct link between your RENT+ software and your ideal audience that maximises visibility and engagement with your listings.
Tradesman Invoice Multi-Point Validation
In such a fast moving industry, you as the agent are expected to keep on top of an array of processes to ensure that your portfolio is the best it can be. Just one of these tasks is the management of tradesman to keep up maintenance and action requests made by tenants, to make their lives easier, and your relationship with them stronger. That is why we have brought an update to our TIA plugin which ensures the correct information is raised at every step, every time. Rest assured that each invoice is up to your company standards by having other members of your team validate what you have produced.
Landlord Statement per Property
In response to feedback and suggestions from our clients, we have added to the processes available to you when communicating with your landlords. Produce statements for an entire landlord portfolio or for a single property, on a property-by-property basis, bringing flexibility to your team and your landlords. By producing property-specific landlord statements, your landlords can determine the value of each of their assets and adjust their portfolio to boost success, helping you to further foster positive relationships.

Following the overwhelming success of our release of FCP Agent Banking, and the valued feedback of our clients, we have once again expanded what is possible within this plugin. Version 43 brings you even more choice, spanning eighteen available formats, and counting. Additionally, our development team have been hard at work ensuring the best performance and fastest delivery of your accounting procedures.
DocuSign E-Signature
Lastly, we’re adding yet another feature that has been widely requested: DocuSign. With this hugely exciting feature, you can design your e-signable documents within Mail Merge, send out documents for e-signature within RENT+, and access an additional team for all your DocuSign needs. Enhance the efficiency of your communications, reducing administrative load and helping your business reach new levels of productivity.
