“WinRent is a very user friendly, easy to navigate property management system, which allows us to switch between Landlord, Tenant and Property.

Whilst its programming is clearly very complex, WinRent’s functionality is very simple. The system allows us to load our own word documents for mail merge purposes, and we find the tools available very useful, including records of maintenance / job instructed, together with reports to monitor those that are outstanding and the Diary notes which allow us to record telephone dialogue, client instructions and tenant reports.

The accounting side of Winrent is again easy to understand and the reports and statements that it produces are straight forward and being largely self-explanatory are suitable to send to landlords and tenants.

The support team are effective and efficient and the queue time on the phone is minimal. In conclusion, Winrent is a good software product and Focus is a company that is not too big to be able to provide a personal service, but are well established enough to provide the support a busy letting agent like ours requires.”
